Tyres are the most
vital component that keeps your bike on the road. But these often
ignored items are constantly bombarded with grease, dirt and other
items from the road surface as well as dust, bugs and debris from the
air. It is important to keep your bike tyres clean and maintained to
ensure that they provide you a good contact with the ground. Without

Do a basic check of
your tyres not just before you go on a long journey or a sports event
but on a weekly basis at least by checking for punctures, damages and

out from the tyre. The grit from the road and the dust from the

Some insects can be
corrosive to the tyre and the frame and should be cleaned away as
soon as possible. It is a good practise to clean your bike after your
ride is done. Making sure that your tyres have the required air

life of your tyres immensely. Also while washing the tyre make sure
that there are no loose nuts and bolts and screw them back tightly
before you begin your drive.
